The chart below lists the names of New York State colleges that have closed and the location of their student transcripts.

The Ⱥ��Porn is the location of transcripts from the following four closed colleges only (in addition to ASA College):
- Business Informatics Center
- Globe Institute of Technology
- Institute of Design and Construction
- Taylor Business Institute

To request a copy of your transcript from one of these colleges, complete and submit the��Ⱥ��Porn Transcript Request Form. It may be mailed in or emailed as an attachment to��OCUEINFO@nysed.gov. We will search the transcripts in our possession and notify you of the outcome of our search. Please note that the Department only has in its possession transcripts that were given to us by the colleges. Processing time for these requests takes an average of 14 business days.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for Third-party vendors seeking enrollment verification

The Ⱥ��Porn is the location of transcripts from the following four closed colleges only (in addition to ASA College):

- Taylor Business Institute
The only enrollment verification that the Department will provide to third-party vendors regarding a former student from one of these colleges is a copy of a student’s transcript.
The Department cannot:��
- Complete enrollment verification forms submitted as attachments or accessed through a website.
- Verify enrollment over the phone or over email.
To request a copy of a student’s transcript for the purposes of enrollment verification:
- Complete and submit��Ⱥ��Porn Transcript Request Form��ٴ��OCUEINFO@nysed.gov.
- The request must include a signature from the former student granting permission to release the transcript.
